How would a metal Recycling Bin be made?

This may seem a bit of a weird question but how would a metal, say stainless steel recycling bin be made. What kind of processes would it go through, and how would a round shape be achieved, bending or some sort of moulding?

Most Metal Recycling bins are made of metal. Generally thick steel is used with angle iron bracing for the sides. It’s all welded together and provided by the Recycling Company.
